Once you have requested a postnatal visit:
Once I have received your request I shall email you back to confirm I have received your enquiry and I shall attach my terms and conditions for you to read. After you have confirmed you are happy to proceed we can then agree a date and time for the Consultation and I will email you your booking form and invoice as well as a form to complete requesting further details about your birth and yours and your baby’s health.
